Why Bihari are being beaten ??????

Raj Thackeray is playing his cards to get cheap publicity and popularity among his idiotic lot . this is never acceptable in any civilised country. This is harmful for Maharashtra .....The Marathas who support this are ungrateful lot , forgetting the fact that Mumbai has been made what it is today , by all out siders. Contribution of Biharis is unparallelled.....all construction works and other unskilled and semi skilled workers are mostly the Biharis and Mumbai should be grateful to the Biharis for doing all these for years. No Marathi can do such work. It's a shame for Marathas and Indians in general.

WHY PEOPLE HATES BIHARI(All over India but not all over world...)?
I think this is only because of competetion they are able to create.
There is no doubt that Bihar is a most backward state of the country and when people from different state find themselves unable to defeat a Bihari they feel the same as White people in differet part of the world feel when they find themselves uable to defeat a black.
Actually this is a human Psycology. The only solution to this problem can be change of image.
Today image of Bihari is of an illeterate labour or worker of less Qualification. when they find that most of the seats in government jobs are being captured by Biharis they conclude it as an scam but fact is not that. Actually they work hard years on year to crack these exams finally they prooves themselves best for exam and become able to capture large number of seats in Goverment jobs.
